I recently signed my third lease agreement to continue living in my Elmwood Court apartment. The car port was a major factor in why I chose this location as was the close proximity to the 590 & I've been happily surprised by other things along the way: the property management team is very responsive & helpful (a special shout out to Elaine for her recent help with some updates); the maintenance crew has helped me immensely with projects within my apartment; the neighbors are friendly but give you your privacy. I really love my one bedroom apartment & look forward to more years here at Elmwood Court.

I've lived at Elmwood Court for 3 1/2 years. The staff is excellent. All maintenance requests are answered very quickly and the service is done the same day. The office staff are very helpful and courteous. All common areas are always clean, sidewalks are cleared of snow and ice when needed. A great place to live.
